14 January 2019 - Xandar Capital acted as the Financial Adviser for TS Wonders Holding Limited’s IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
TS Wonders Holding Limited is a Singapore-based snacks company. The Company is primarily focused on producing, packaging and selling of nuts and chips. The Company owns and operates its business mainly through two categories, such as nuts and chips. The Company manufactures a range of nuts and beans including peanuts, cashews, pistachios, almonds, macadamia nuts, USA walnuts, broad beans and green peas. It produces two types of nuts products, such as the oil-roasted nuts and oven-roasted nuts. Its chips products include potato chips and cassava chips. The cassava chips are made from cassava roots and flavored with original, hot and spicy or grill barbecue seasoning. It markets nuts products under two core brands, such as TAI SUN and NATURE’S WONDERS, and chips products under two core brands, such as TREATZ and UCA.
TS Wonders Holding Limited was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 14 January 2019, with an offer of 250,000,000 shares at an offer price of HK$0.50, raising HK$125 million.
